Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the projects under development and ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship.
  • Lead and manage a project management team and be involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion.
  • Knowledgeable with authorities’ approval procedures and work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Building/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in project management processes.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership qualities to lead and motivate the project team to achieve shared objectives for the projects.
  • Good team player with the ability to multi-task and be detailed and quality-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to execute any marketing and advertising plans for project developments, monitor and propose suitable media platforms
  • Liaise with solicitors to prepare sales documents and side letters and facilitating approvals from authorities
  • Monitor and liaise with solicitors with regard to billings and collections of progress payment and interest for late payment
  • Maintain records of purchasers’ information, sales price and sales and progress payments record and ensure documentation are in order
  • Work with advertising agency for advertising and promotion works including the preparation of marketing collaterals, advertisements, online and digital material
  • Maintains company website, gather leads and interest and expand the company’s database of potential clients
  • Conduct data research and comparable studies to facilitate feasibility studies for new land acquisition
  • Liaise and establish strong networks with customers, follow up on sales enquiries and aggressively push sales across all BSEL’s projects, oversee sales performance of marketing agencies
  • Support/assist AGM/CEO in any other matters

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/ real Estate or equivalent
  • Min 5 – 7 years of marketing experience in residential properties
  • Resourceful, confident, self-motivated, target driven and customer service oriented
  • Possess leadership qualities to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve results
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up of sales office and able to prepare and churn Option, side letters and all sales documents
  • Provide admin support at showflat during weekend launches
  • Setting up / proper filing of all correspondence in purchasers’ files
  • Tracking/updating/processing of invoices, commission, sale agreements, etc
  • Managing after-sales admin work such as checking sale agreements, send sale agreements for authorised signatories, proper update of sales summary in Sales Booking System
  • To monitor, check, follow up and compile & monitor purchasers’ requests & modification works, Sales and Purchase Agreement and payment timeline
  • Oversee admin paperwork
  • Maintains URA Returns Report
  • Other adhoc assignments

 

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ levels
  • Min 3 years of administrative experience
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external parties (eg buyers, agents etc)
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel (Intermediate) and Powerpoint
  • Meticulous, good initiatives at work and result oriented
  • Self-motivated and ability to multi task
  • Able to work under pressure in fast pace environment and able to work on weekends and public holidays during launches or when required
  • Previous working experience in law firm will be an advantage
