Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing strategies in synergy with the overall marketing plan.
  • Conceptualize and plan marketing campaigns for the launch of residential projects, ensuring market launch readiness, and execution of marketing and sales processes to achieve sales target.
  • Manage the company’s branding.
  • Liaise and establish strong networks with purchasers and tenants.

 

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 – 8 years of working experience in real estate industry preferably with real estate developers.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in marketing and sales processes.
  • Resourceful, confident, self-motivated, target-driven and customer service-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful implementation and completion of the projects under development and ensure that they are within the budget allotted, within the schedule planned and with a high level of quality workmanship.
  • Lead and manage a project management team and be involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation and construction till completion.
  • Knowledgeable with authorities’ approval procedures and work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical clearances.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Building/Architecture/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding in project management processes.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership qualities to lead and motivate the project team to achieve shared objectives for the projects.
  • Good team player with the ability to multi-task and be detailed and quality-oriented.
