By accessing the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and signify your unconditional acceptance to be bound by the TOU below. If you do not agree to any provision of the TOU below, please do not continue to access the Website.

BSE reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add, remove or otherwise vary the TOU at any time and any such change, modification, addition or deletion shall be effective upon its posting on the Website.   4. COMPLAINTS REGARDING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

    4.1     In the event you wish to file a complaint regarding the unauthorised use of any copyright protected material on the Website, you should forward a written complaint to the following contact details:

    4.2     Your written complaint should be signed and should contain at least the following:

     
    1. Your full name, address (for service in Singapore), telephone number, and email address.
    2. If you are not the copyright owner, the copyright owner's name and address, and a statement that you are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
    3. A description of the work that you claim has been infringed and a description of the infringing activity.
    4. Identification of the URL or other specific location on the Website where the work that you claim is infringed is located.
    5. A statement that the contents of the notice are accurate and that you believe in good faith that the use complained of constitutes copyright infringement, accompanied by a request to BSE to remove or disable access thereto.
    6. A statement that you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for the purposes of any proceedings arising out of or in relation to your complaint.

    4.3     BSE will respond to all such complaints regarding copyright infringement according to its legal obligations under the laws of Singapore. You acknowledge and agree that BSE shall not be subject to liability under any applicable law for removing or disabling access to any Content or for reinstating or restoring access to such Content pursuant to such complaints or other notices.

  5. SEVERABILITY

    5.1     If any provision in this TOU, by itself, or taken together with other provisions, shall be adjudged to go beyond what is reasonable in all the circumstances for the protection of the legitimate interests of BSE, but would be adjudged reasonable if part or parts of the wording thereof were deleted, amended or qualified, the relevant provisions shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it or them valid and effective. If no such construction is possible, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provisions shall not affect other provisions of this TOU and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

  6. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

    6.1     This TOU does not create any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B), and a person who is not a party to the TOU shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of its terms. The reference to a "person" in this clause includes a reference to any individual, company, corporation, firm, partnership, joint venture, association or any other organisation (whether having a separate legal personality).

  7. OVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    7.1     By accessing the Website, you agree that Singapore law shall govern such access as well as the above TOU and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
