Mr Tan Swee Yiow was appointed to the Board as an Independent Director on 9 January 2024, and thereafter appointed Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board on 31 July 2026. He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Project Development Committee.
Mr Tan is currently the Chairman of the Board of Keppel REIT Management Limited, President of the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore as well as Honorary Advisor of the Singapore Green Building Council. He also serves as a member of the Workplace Safety and Health Council and chairs its Construction and Landscape Committee.
He was previously the Senior Managing Director of Real Estate at Keppel Ltd, Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Land Limited and Director of the World Green Building Council Board.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science degree (First Class Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University.
