About the Role (Competitive Base Salary from $3,000.00 & Variable Incentive^*)

• Canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipelines and sell through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings and soliciting sales.
• Proficiently administer sales and legal documents.
• Conduct all sales administration in compliance with statutory and company regulations.
• Strong in follow-up on sales, prospect and track leads, and submit reports and work plans.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new project launches.
• Administer showflat operations, upkeep, logistics and inventory.
• Build positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents.
• Work on weekends and public holidays due to the nature of the industry and job.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

About You (Job Requirement)

• Experience in direct property sales with proven track records is required.
• 6-15 years of direct property sales experience in landed properties are advantageous.
• Sales experience with property developers is advantageous.
• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Marketing or a related field of study is advantageous.
• Outgoing personality, customer service-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful in property sales and independent and meticulous in sales administration
• Sound understanding of the property buying and selling process and good knowledge of real estate statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and savvy in digital & social media marketing.
